The designated Counselor personally assists the transferee and family to find the appropriate house, school for their children, country documentation, etc, to obtain a smooth and fast adjustment to their new environment.

Our different packages can go from 8 hours to as much hours as needed.

Our Services Include:

1. Preview Trip- It provides a general overview of the country (houses, schools, etc) with the purpose of helping the “expat” to accept the assignment.

2. House Hunting Program- Assistance to look and obtain a house, school and other particular services, so that the family is settled in a more quickly and smooth way.

3. Documentation Assistance- Visa Processing and other country specific work documents.

4. Settling-Inn Service- We help the transferred family to finalize the adaptation and final installation process to the country, by providing the following services: spouse/partner support, auto purchase/leasing/registration, banking, medical assistance, pet assistance, language lessons and personal security training, among others.

5. On-Going Support- A constant and regular support is provided to the transferee and his family for any house-related issue, such as repairs, maintenance, extermination/cleaning, accidents, and all aspects of day-to-day life.

6. Temporary Housing, Emergency Kit- Typical household good that will enable a family to live comfortably in their home right away, while they wait for their personal belongings to arrive to the country or while they decide whether they’ll acquire their household good locally.

7. Virtual and/or Temporary Office- Modern and elegant offices to be occupied immediately on a monthly, daily or hourly basis, with the support of administrative personnel.  At a virtual office all you calls and visit will be attended in a very professional way while you run your business from another location.

8. Departure Service- Assistance for the transferee to depart from the country in a smooth and pleasant way (disconnection of utilities, devolution of the rented property, recovery of warranty deposit, etc.).

9. Property Management- Assistance for landlords with the local administration of his property (payment of utilities, maintenance of the property and related costs).
